Fred and Emma Dick

Fred and Emma Dick lived where Tim Horton’s and Wendy’s Restaurants are today. Married in 1932, Fred was originally from Cape Mudge. His wife Emma was the daughter of Bob Quocksistala of Salmon River and Mary Wamish, daughter of Chief Wamish of Cape Mudge. The couple later built a home on the Quinsam reserve, the first family to do so.
