Campbell River Airport terminal

Campbell River Airport terminal

This was the original municipal office building, built for the Village of Campbell River. It was initially located behind the old fire hall at 10th avenue and Island Highway. In 1959 it was moved to the airport to be used as the administration building; it had already been moved twice before, and had also been previously used as a library. When the new terminal was built in 1968, it was moved again and served as the headquarters for the CR Flying Club.
