Gaglardi meets with group of protestors from Campbell River

Mrs. Bill Baikie presents her case to the Highways Minister, P.A. Gaglardi, backed up by the group of 37 marching mothers from Campbell River. The concerned mothers asked the Minister to consider a bypass highway for Campbell River, considering the highway speed limits on the waterfront to be too dangerous for a residential area.
